Steps to Configure the Module


Step1: Add one or more form categories on which fields will be grouped. (Click To Add categories)
Step2: Add the desired form fields (Click To Add Form Fields)
Step3: Configure the email and Thank you page templates through the "Manage Workflow" Link.
Step4: Manage the look and feel of your form,Go to Link "Form Layout"
Step5: If you are using multiple languages on your site, then you may want to enable multilanguage features from the Form layout page.
